COVID - 19
In this time of uncertainty and stress for many in our communities, BMS staff members ARE available to provide Telehealth or Telephone services to NEW and existing clients. Please contact your local office listed below to receive guidance on how to best address your situation.
However, starting on March 30th our office locations will be working to support our community and protect our clients and staff by moving to minimize face to face services. Our offices in Rapid City, Spearfish and Hot Springs will allow NO walk in traffic except for emergencies for the remainder of the current COVID 19 situation (Mon- Fri 8-5 pm). We will be providing Emergency support services for adults and youth at our primary locations. You will be asked screening questions regarding health and travel prior to care
Crisis Care Center will continue to provide emergency Crisis supports for adults (18 years and older) experiencing a mental health crisis 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. If you are needing supports please call ahead at 605-391-4863. You will be asked screening questions regarding health, and travel prior to admission.
Again, Telehealth and Telephone services ARE available for the majority of our services. The BMS Team is waiting to support you in this time of frustration, fear, uncertainty and stress. Please call us today if you are needing support, feeling overwhelmed, having thoughts of suicide, or are needing any form of mental health support during this time!!
